The Centre’s Mission

To provide a safe, healthy and nurturing environment for some 60 to 70 Basotho children who are either orphans or have parents unable to support them. To prepare the children for productive lives outside the CPLP

We nurture children by:

-Providing for their physical and spiritual needs

-Giving them love, encouragement and attention

-Supporting their education

 

Objectives of the CPLP:

  • To assist Lesotho Communities by safeguarding orphans, poor and vulnerable children
  • To provide these children with education, shelter, meals and clothing
  • To provide these children with a home-like environment in an attempt to alleviate social and psychological losses in their short lives
  • To provide these children with life skills training which will assist in their development as contributing citizens of Lesotho
